RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Create and execute manual test cases and analyze results to ensure product functionality.
β’ Take charge of the QA processes within your project team, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
β’ Partner with Senior QA professionals to develop and refine testing strategies and plans.
β’ Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to investigate and resolve technical issues effectively.
β’ Conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation testing to identify and resolve any residual issues.
β’ Interpret and execute moderately complex test scripts with precision and attention to detail.
β’ Continuously improve the quality and maturity of test cases and testing packs.
β’ Review and analyze system specifications to ensure clarity and comprehensiveness.
β’ Define requirements for environments, data, resources, and tools, and design reusable test scripts for streamlined processes.Β
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
β’ 2-5 yearsβ experience in a testing or similar role
β’ ISEB/ISTQB Foundation QualificationΒ
β’ Experience in project management & QA methodologyΒ

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
β’ Manual testing
β’ Understanding of the SDLC and how QA fits into the process
β’ Experience in using industry standard test management tools (e.g. JIRA / Zephyr, Confluence, DevOps)
β’ API or Mobile device testing experience
β’ Basic knowledge of IT and SQL, with the ability to perform simple queries and data analysis.
β’ Basic test case scripting
β’ Has knowledge of QA and bug testing tools and testing methodologies
β’ Working knowledge of test management software
β’ Understands test automation frameworks and tests (advantageous)
