QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions across cross-platform services in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for production systems
• Develop reliable UI and API automated tests for complex end-to-end workflows
• Ensure automation stability and minimize flakiness through proper synchronization and best practices
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to drive quality across releases
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve automation standards

• 3+ years of Automation and QA experience building production-level services in large-scale products
• Experience writing automation scripts using Python & Pytest
• Experience designing and implementing scalable test plans
• Experience testing cross-platform services (Web, Android, iOS)
• Experience working with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience working with Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong debugging skills and ability to analyze complex systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• A self-learner with the ability to build system vision and understand product architecture independently
