Position: QA Automation Engineer
Location: AK road, Surat
We are looking for a motivated and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our Surat team. You will work in a dynamic, Agile environment on Sarineβs flagship hybrid products, which combine software and hardware to serve the global diamond industry. Your primary focus will be maintaining and extending our C#/.NET automation framework, running test suites, analysing results, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and overseas teams throughout the product lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts primarily in C# / .NET.
β’ Run automated test suites, analyse results, and report defects and bugs clearly to the team.
β’ Study manual test cases and automate repetitive test processes wherever feasible.
β’ Work on multi-disciplinary products combining software and hardware components.
β’ Collaborate with Dev, QA, and PM teams in an Agile sprint environment.
β’ Contribute across the full product lifecycle, including acting as an escalation point for
Customer Support and Operations.
β’ Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas development and QA teams.
REQUIREMENTS
β’ 2β3+ years of hands-on experience in software automation testing.
β’ Proficiency in C# / .NET software development.
β’ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
β’ Experience with MSTest framework. (Preferred)
β’ Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies. (Preferred)
β’ Experience with Azure DevOps Server (formerly TFS). (Preferred)
β’ Experience with Elasticsearch. (Preferred)
β’ Ability to work collaboratively with remote and international teams.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
β’ B.E. / B.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
β’ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Information Technology or a related discipline.
β’ Relevant technical training or certification in software engineering or computer science is also
considered.
