QA Automation Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Join an agile scrum team, contributing to both automation and manual testing within sprints.
- Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience encompassing functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
- Proficiency with Selenium, including automation using Selenium Web Driver, Eclipse IDE, Java, TestNG, Maven, and JIRA for at least 3 years.
- Demonstrated experience in API testing using tools like REST Assured and Postman for 2 years.
- Agile familiarity and experience maintaining Selenium and Java Automation Code in source code controls like Git/GitHub for feature enhancements.
- Sound knowledge of web services, REST API, SOAP, and Micro Services, along with familiarity with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, a collaborative team player with exceptional communication and attention to detail.
- Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript and Cypress is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform and/or Progress Open Edge application/4gl language is beneficial.
Desired Skills:
- Salesforce Platform experience.
- Progress Open Edge application/4gl language familiarity.
