We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedΒ QA Automation Engineer to play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions within theΒ Intelligence value stream in Service Management.
The Intelligence value stream focuses on building smart, scalable capabilities that improve service operations, user experience, and decision-making across the enterprise. As part of this team, you will contribute to the quality of modern enterprise solutions while also exploring how AI can support better, faster, and more efficient testing.
As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will help design and execute test strategies, identify defects, improve automation coverage, and contribute to practical AI-enhanced testing approaches.
You do not need to be an AI expert. We value strong QA fundamentals, curiosity, practical thinking, and a willingness to learn how AI can improve quality engineering.
