To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.\\n\\nThe Apple Store Online is seeking a Sr. QA Automation Engineer to join the Apple Store Online Operations team managing quality validation workstreams for Apple Store Online, Apple Store App and partner platforms. Our mission is to continuously improve the quality of information and experience presented to Apple’s customers while delivering on the ever-increasing velocity of changes as the Retail digital platform expands into new geographies, languages, and devices. You will be part of a global team, driving implementation and maintenance\\nof highly scalable test automation frameworks for content validations across multiple platforms You are a strong hands-on QA engineer, deeply detail oriented, and comfortable with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment.

This position is ideal for a Sr. QA Automation Engineer who is extremely hands-on, is passionate about quality, enjoys creating scalable simulation systems, and is eager to contribute to scalable validations using cutting-edge AI products as well as tooling and frameworks.\\nIn this role, you will own building content validation test automation frameworks and tools with scale in mind and drive adoption through cross-functional partnerships

Own building digital content QA automation that will allow us to validate dynamic content at scale across multiple platforms\\nCollaborate with teams across ASO to define, develop, and implement validation automation and tooling \\nMentor fellow team members on coding best practices and SDLC

5+ years of professional experience in quality engineering as a QA Engineer or SDET, with a strong background in coding and implementing scalable automation frameworks\\nDeep expertise with modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.js\\nExperience writing, maintaining, and executing test automation plus familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)\\nProficiency with Software Version Control systems like Git (GitHub/Gitlab)\\nExperience with API testing and familiarity with server architecture\\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and LLM driven test frameworks\\nExperience Testing AI Models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and performance\\nExperience developing LLM based automated evaluation frameworks\\n3+ years of proven ability in machine learning, including hands-on work with LLMs
