Job Description
The QA Engineer role is a Full-Time permanent position based at our site in Chennai.
Exciting opportunity to drive the integration of Quality Assurance (QA) processes into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations!
Collaborate closely with System Integrator (SI) and Business Integrator (BI) partners to streamline operations. Your focus will be on manual testing, overseeing the automated regression test suite, and ensuring the alignment of new Microsoft Dynamics 365 features with existing business processes.

- Manage a detailed test library
- Conduct manual test cycles
- Validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 feature releases

Qualifications
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance / Test Engineering, preferably within D365 FO (FinOps) environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO & CE (Finance & Operations) & (Customer Engagement)
- Experience managing and executing regression test suites in large-scale programs
- Proficient in test case design, version control, and defect lifecycle management
- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, using Azure DevOpsΒ
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical QA matters to non-technical stakeholders
