Job description
Role:
β’ Ensure that each release of our application meets high standards of functionality, performance, security, and usability
β’ Develop and execute test plans and cases for manual and automated testing to ensure ongoing high quality in deployments and features
β’ Identify, document, and track defects. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve these issues
β’ Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team
β’ Optimize the QA process and implement best practices to enhance product quality
Job requirements
Profile:
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of frontend and backend applications (JavaScript)
β’ Proficiency in manual testing (functional, regression, UAT) as well as automated testing (e.g., cypress)
β’ Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
β’ Strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities
β’ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
β’ Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to have:
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub)
β’ Familiarity with API testing and rational databases
β’ JavaScript Proficiency
