We are one of the two Customer Relations teams. We mostly handle the systems that allow our customers to contact us. Most notably, the help chat where the users can talk with an automated AI bot, or with a real agent if the bot is not satisfactory enough. To do this, we have to integrate with several other systems in and outside of the company to either get the necessary data. Another project we are responsible of is help widget, where the users can see FAQs or open the help page. To make it operational on web, mobile and native app we have to work with several internal clients, We use React on the frontend and a combination of .NET and NodeJS on the backend side, which is hosted on AWS.
