Reports to: QA Manager

Location: Opportunity for hybrid arrangement

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for defining the test strategies for validating TextMe’s communication mobile apps and services and advertising technology stack
• Define and document test plans, execute test cases and track the results
• Responsible for implementing, refining, and streamlining quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams
• Plan QA activities and help manage QA deliverables
• Ensure timely and quality deliverables as per the plan
• Deploying products and handle support issues requiring advanced troubleshooting
• Working with internally developed software and 3rd party technical integrations
• In addition to standard crash monitoring tools, use of BI & analytical tools to diagnose issues

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

• B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or other related field
• Experience (1+ years) in validating mobile (iOS and Android) applications, experience with adtech a plus
• Knowledge of JIRA, Zendesk, and testing methodologies
