What you'll do:

As a QA Engineer, you'll be the dedicated QA resource working on our Data Migration utility. This tool is designed for end-users to easily import and export data to and from our software. You will be the pioneer of test automation on this project by balancing automated and manual tests to ensure the highest efficiency and standards of quality and performance from start to delivery.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Assist in developing test plans, objectives, and scenarios under the guidance of the QA Lead and QA Manager. 
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and test data for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Script and execute high-quality automated regression tests with strong assertions to ensure a quality release delivery Identify, report, and prioritise bugs using tools like Jira and collaborate closely with developers and product teams.
• Conduct automated regression and performance testing efficiently to ensure speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of test cases, results, and progress.
• Suggest and contribute to process improvements in the testing life cycle.

Successful candidates must have:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience scripting test automation of SaaS products using tools such as TestComplete, Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress. 
• Experience being a pioneer in test automation from setting up the framework, scripting tests, integrating CICD pipeline and troubleshooting flaky tests. 
• Experience with manual testing processes and communication. 
• Proficiency with Jira, Github, Jenkins, Zephyr, and familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Remote 
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
