We are looking for aย QAย Engineerย to support testing and quality efforts across Edelmanโs trust product portfolio. You will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to validate functionality, test AI-driven features, and help build reliable automated test suites. Thisย roleย is a great opportunity for someone with foundationalย QAย or technical experience who is eager to grow their skills in test automation, acceptance testing, and AI quality assurance. Familiarity with TypeScript and modernย QAย workflows is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of automated and manual test cases across web and AI-enabled applications.
- Assist in writing and maintaining acceptance and integration tests to ensure reliable system interactions.
- Collaborate with seniorย QAย engineers and developers to understand test requirements, identify edge cases, and contribute to test planning.
- Use Jira to document test execution, log issues, and trackย QAย progress during sprints.
- Help validate AI model outputs and prompts to ensure consistent, fair, and expected performance.
- Participate in setting up and maintainingย QAย environments and test data sets.
- Document test steps, test results, and findings clearly and concisely for team visibility and continuous improvement.
- Stay engaged with newย QAย tools, practices, and techniques, especially in automation and AI testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2โ3 years of experience inย QA, software testing, or technical product validation.
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar (academic or project experience is acceptable).
- Exposure to Jira or other issue tracking systems.
- Understanding of integration and acceptance testing concepts.
- Basic scripting or coding experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python); TypeScript familiarity is a plus.
- Curiosity about AI systems and eagerness to learn AI/ML testing techniques.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
