Responsibilities

• Supporting applications on medium - large S/W projects and deliveries
• Developing enhancements or parameterizing existing applications, to increase operating efficiency or adapting to new requirements.
• Compiling technical documentation (user manuals, specifications documents etc.) related to software solutions
• Work with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
• Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution in collaboration with development teams
• Document test cases, procedures, and QA reports clearly and accurately
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills

• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (MSc in Computer Science is a plus).
• Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher.
• Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with web apps, mainly in Angular as front-end and .NET as backend.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
• Thorough command of the local and English language.
• Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, customer responsiveness and excellent communication skills.
• Solution and delivery oriented with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
