What are we looking for

• A careful and detailed person with a sense for user interface and user experience
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience in using tools for UI testing (web and mobile-based)
• Experience with Git
• Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Appium, BrowserStack)
• Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language
• Basic understanding of web technologies (Client-Server architecture, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP)
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Solid understanding of QA principles and software development cycles
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset with an interest in code
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Sense of ownership and pride in the company and team performances
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, you are open to feedback and willing to share yours
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Eligibility to work in Croatia

What will you do

• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Suggesting improvements to increase quality and user experience
• Analyzing user's stories and/or use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Plan test strategies and create test automatization
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Design and develop automation scripts
• Requirements analysis, test planning, and test scenario preparation
• Functional test conducting, analyzing, and documenting
• Manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Detailed bug reporting, analysis, and monitoring in collaboration with developers
• Daily communication with other development team members
• Conducting different types of testing: usability test, load test, acceptability test
• Preparation of test and user documentation
• Being clear and concise, communication skills are highly valued because you have to collaborate with other team members
• Driving and improving quality processes
• Knowledge sharing and keeping up to date with existing and upcoming technologies
• Providing support and documentation
• Working with the development team and product owner to deliver high value for the customer
