QA Engineer-Associate Consultant

         Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on automation testing required.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as C# or Java.

• Skilled in identifying requirement gaps and communicating with stakeholders.
• Capable of creating detailed and effective test plans and test cases.
• Experience in developing test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
• Proficient with test management tools such as Zephyr and JIRA.
• Strong collaboration skills with development teams and business experts.
• Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI for generating test scenarios and validating AI responses.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of the Azure portal and services offered

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like K6 or Apache JMeter.
• Comfortable leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in browser compatibility testing.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Ability to query SQL databases and other data sources for testing purposes.
• Strong team collaboration skills across various functions.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Experience & Background
_     Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification B.Tech./BCA/MBA/M-Tech/MCA
