Right now, weβre looking for a Software Tester to join the team behind Connect, our fully integrated, cloud-based job management solution. As a vital part of our QA team, youβll work with a tech stack centred around .NET and C#, helping to shape the quality of a platform used across the UK and beyond. Youβll work closely with developers, product managers and designers β people who genuinely care about the product, the process, and each other. Together, youβll test new features, troubleshoot bugs, and continually raise the bar for quality. Skills and Experience
Weβre looking for someone with 2β3 years of experience testing web-based applications, ideally within a .NET/C# environment. Youβll have a strong foundation in software testing principles, with hands-on experience in manual testing, test case management, and defect tracking. A background in object-oriented programming is essential, as youβll be well-positioned to move into automation in the future. You know how to write clear, thorough test cases, identify issues early, and communicate effectively within a cross-functional team. A basic understanding of SQL β including the ability to write simple queries β is a plus. But just as important is your mindset: curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve both the product and how we work together.
