About the Role

The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth releases, while contributing to process improvements and supporting the continuous growth of an innovative fintech startup.

• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
• Develop, execute and maintain manual test cases.
• Identify, document and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other QA team members to ensure smooth releases.
• Perform regression, functional and performance testing as needed.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and review meetings.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Proven expertise in both manual testing (UI, exploratory, regression)
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
•  Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
