What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a thoughtful QA Engineer III who can both work independently and lift others up. You'll lead testing for complex features, your expertise with junior teammates, and help us continuously improve our testing practices. We value strong technical skills, but also collaboration, curiosity, and a genuine interest in making quality everyone's responsibility.
Lead the planning and execution of test strategies for moderately complex features and systems.
Mentor and support junior QEs, reviewing test cases, planning and risk management
Drive improvements in automation and regression testing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with project goals.
Analyze quality metrics and contribute to process improvements.
Investigate and resolve complex defects, ensuring clear documentation and communication.
Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and best practices.
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency, such as assisting with test case design, automation scripting, exploratory testing, defect analysis, and documentation.
4+ years of experience in software quality engineering.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in testing for web-based and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
Experience with test automation using a modern framework (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Appium or equivalent).
Good SQL/database and API testing skills.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute test strategies for project.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, or similar) to support test design, automation development, debugging, and productivity improvement.
