Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience with Selenium for web automation using Java/Python.
• Proficient in Automation API testing using tools like Ready API, Postman, Playwright.
• Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience with CI/CD testing.
• Proficiency with Jenkins.
• Knowledge of integrating automation tools with test management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps etc.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Test Complete.
• Perform Automated API testing to ensure the reliability of web Applications.

• Integrate automation tools with test management tools.

  Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Automation tools like Cypress, Test Robot Automation, ReadyAPI, Mendix.
• Experience with database testing preferably SQL.
• Knowledge of data migration testing.
• Understanding of ETL processes and testing.
• Preferred domain experience in Insurance & healthcare.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).

• Bachelor’s degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
