The PositionΒ
The position will play an important role in assuring quality of OPSWAT cyber security technologies and products at the highest level. As a member of the team, you will be involved in every stage of the software development life cycle.Β
What you will be doing:Β
- Responsible for both manual and automated tests.Β
- Analyze/review product requirements.Β
- Write/review detailed test cases and perform testing based on requirements.Β
- Perform different types of testing: API testing, functional testing, integration testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing, β¦Β
- Utilize and improve the existing test framework to implement automated tests.Β
- Handle support escalation such as creating reproducible bug reports or help troubleshoot.Β
- Report/manage defects.Β
What We Need From YouΒ
- Experience in software testing with a good QA mindset.Β
- Experience in testing software on different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux...) and Browsers.Β
- Experience in writing automation using any scripting languages (bash shell, PowerShell, python, ...), any programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#β¦Β
- Familiar with working in Agile team.Β
- Good at written English communication.Β
It Would Be Nice If You HaveΒ
- Good at verbal English communication.Β
- Familiar with JIRA, TeamCity, Git.Β
- Experience in leading a QA team.Β
- System and/or network administration skills (MCP and/or LPI certificates are welcomed).Β
- Cyber security domain experience, including file security, device security, network security etc...Β
