We are now looking for aΒ QA EngineerΒ to join our growing team inΒ Vilnius.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • ο»Ώο»ΏCollaborate with cross-functional teams during Agile ceremonies.
  • Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and EP2/EMV standards to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Perform regular manual regression testing to maintain software quality across multiple releases.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues using logs and diagnostic tools, working closely with developers.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining automated test frameworks for payment terminal devices.
  • Continuously improve QA processes by researching and integrating new tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Help shape internal SQA community standards, documentation, and processes.
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel, managing priorities and context switching effectively.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of software quality principles and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience with agile testing methodologies, procedures, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation using OOP (preferably Java), test frameworks (Appium or Selenium), and version control systems (Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive learner with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Nice to have:
    • Experience with Android mobile device testing.
    • Knowledge of EMV and EP2 standards.
    • Familiarity with payment industry POS systems or e-commerce payment platforms.
    • Experience working with UNIX-based systems.

Salary range: 3000 - 5000 EUR/month (before tax)
