QA Engineer

You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

We’re searching for a QA Engineer who can hold the QA strategy in their hands to join our Scraping team. It’s an opportunity to contribute significantly and shape how we work together. Your day-to-day:

    • Own and implement QA strategy for selected product area.
    • Ensure product quality by writing and maintaining automated tests, and manual testing.
    • Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand new features and functionalities, ensuring their testability and coverageIdentify, document and track bugs and defects, providing detailed inputs for the development team.
    • Contribute to QA Guild.
    • Advocate for quality improvements in the development process

Your skills & experience:

    • Proven experience as a QA Engineer.
    • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
    • Knowledge in test automation frameworks (Playwright is an advantage).
    • Solid understanding of modern web technologies.
    • Experience in integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience in Agile processes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Basic API design and SQL database skills.
    • Fluency in English

      • Nice to have:
    • Experience with Playwright.
    • Experience in establishing and following automation QA processes.
