Announcement of the UI Turn Cost Support Campaign for Engineers Moving to Fukuoka

Background

The cashless payment service 'Money Forward Pay for Business' provides the 'Money Forward Business Card' for sole proprietors and corporations as a business payment method. We aim to promote cashless transactions through various payment methods, starting with card payments.

The 'Money Forward Business Card' is a cashless platform that streamlines back-office operations. It allows the issuance of multiple real and virtual cards for specific purposes like expense reimbursement and purchasing, enabling the consolidation of business expenses onto business cards.

Since the service launch in September 2021, the business has continued to grow steadily, and ensuring quality has become urgent to solidify the business further.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
• Conduct functional tests of public APIs without using mocks.
• Continuous requirements and code reviews, including unit test code for source code and edge case validation.
• Build and maintain test systems in CI/CD.
• Develop test plans to meet customer requirements and product goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 3 years of development experience or over 3 years of experience in test automation using scripting languages.
• Interest in QA and quality assurance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree in information engineering or computer science.
• Experience or knowledge in writing high-precision requirement specifications.
• Experience in AI development or using AI tools for development.
• As announced in Money Forward AI Vision 2025, Money Forward is working on improving operational efficiency using AI and plans to introduce AI agents in all products in the future.

Language Skills Required

• Japanese: N3 level (able to communicate internally using translation tools for text and conversation).
• English: TOEIC 700 or higher, with the ability to handle meetings and text communication in English from the start.
