What you will do: 

  • Create and maintain the test strategy;
  • Develop detailed test plans;
  • Perform unit test reviews;
  • Conduct integration and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Define and enforce quality gates;
  • Collaborate with DevSecOps to run automated QA tools;
  • Ensure compliance with secure development standards;
  • Support roadmap planning and release management;
  • Lead QA initiatives proactively;
  • Develop QA automation scripts;
  • Maintain proper QA documentation.

What we are looking for: 

  • Fluent English;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Solid experience in Quality Assurance within IT or cybersecurity environments;
  • Proven experience defining and executing test strategies and quality processes;
  • Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
  • Experience with test automation;
  • Experience defining and managing quality gates;
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Experience working in global and remote teams.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with DevSecOps practices;
  • QA certifications (ISTQB or similar);
  • Cybersecurity background;
  • Cloud environment experience;
  • Agile methodologies.

  • This is a hybrid position, working from our office in Acate/FlorianĂłpolis.
