QA Lead

We are looking for a highly driven QA Lead with over 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership in test planning, prioritization, and execution while effectively balancing manual and automated testing strategies. You will be responsible for leading the QA efforts across platforms, ensuring product quality, and mentoring junior QA team members.

Requirements

• Lead and manage QA activities for one or more agile squads, ensuring delivery of high-quality features on time.
  
• Own and drive the test planning, prioritization, and execution of regression, functional, and smoke tests.
  
• Define effective test strategies and translate them into actionable, automated test cases.
  
• Apply test automation to reduce manual testing efforts and increase test coverage.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and risks.
  
• Perform both mobile device testing and backend/API testing.
  
• Mentor and coach QA engineers, delegate tasks, and support professional growth within the team.
  
• Identify and manage testing risks proactively, ensuring a high level of team performance and product stability.
  
• Communicate clearly in English (both verbal and written) to support collaboration across global teams.
  

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with 2+ years leading QA teams or squads
  
• Solid understanding of test automation fundamentals and experience applying automation in real-world scenarios
  
• Proficient in mobile testing (iOS/Android) and backend/API testing
  
• Experience in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks is a plus
  
• Ability to define and implement regression, smoke, and functional test plans
  
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  
• Proven people leadership capabilities: task delegation, mentoring, coaching, and risk management
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
