As a Quality Lead youβll play a pivotal leadership role within our Quality function. Youβll guide and empower a team of Quality Analysts, ensuring high standards, strong performance, and seamless alignment with program and client expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance.
You wonβt just be managing qualityβyouβll be shaping it. Your leadership will directly influence team performance, client satisfaction, and the overall success of the program.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years in a QA leading role.
Strong understanding of QA processes, metrics, and best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with QA tools and reporting systems.
Fluency in English.
