We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA Lead to lead quality assurance processes within our multidisciplinary environment. You will oversee complex integrated hardware-software systems, manage automation infrastructure, and drive strategic quality improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing:

  • Define, implement, and oversee QA processes across hardware and software teams.
  • Write and execute integration, system, and acceptance tests on lab/bench setups (manual and automated as possible)
  • Maintain and improve the local testbench environment; ensure repeatable validation for every new release
  • Report on integration status, raise issues, and collaborate with R&D and production
  • Serve as QA lead for system-level validation.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies documentation (STP, STD) based on product and system requirements.
  • Lead performance and reliability testing to validate system robustness in Israel and the US.
  • Manage the full bug lifecycleβ€”from triage and reporting through validation and closure.
  • Support field testing and validation activities, coordinating with Testing and Product Operations teams.

Requirements - does this describe you?

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical/Software, Practical Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of QA experience, including test plan development, manual testing, and defect tracking.
  • Experience with Linux systems and scripting (Bash/Sh). And Comfortable scripting small test automations
  • Hands-on experience using OpenSearch (or Elasticsearch) for debugging and root cause analysis
  • Practical, methodical, and able to own the test process from end to end
  • Ability to query and analyze logs in OpenSearch Dashboards to investigate issues across distributed systems.
  • Proven experience with multidisciplinary systems that involve hardware-software integration.

Advantages - these will bring you to our front row:

  • Background in automotive, autonomous systems, or robotics.
  • Familiarity with HARA and industry compliance standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 25119, or ISO 18497.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Xray for test management.
  • Hands-on experience developing automated tests (Python and/or Java).
