QA Lead

We are seeking a diligent and experienced QA Manager to lead multiple projects and ensure the highest quality standards in our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual testing and basic automation, with experience in managing timelines, priorities, and team collaboration using Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ⁠Lead and oversee multiple QA projects simultaneously.

2. ⁠Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.

3. ⁠Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

4. ⁠Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.

5. ⁠Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

6. ⁠Utilize basic automation tools to improve testing efficiency where applicable.

7. Maintain and update existing automation scripts.

8. ⁠Manage Jira workflows, including bug tracking and project tracking.

9. ⁠Prioritize tasks and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.

10. ⁠ ⁠Generate and analyze Jira reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

· ⁠Proven experience in leading multiple projects and managing teams.

· ⁠Strong manual testing skills.

· ⁠Basic understanding and experience with automation tools and practices.

· ⁠Proficient in using Jira for project and defect management.

· ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· ⁠Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· ⁠ISTQB certification preferred.

Automation Experience Mandatory

Preferred:

I. ⁠Previous experience in a QA Manager role.

II. ⁠Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

III. ⁠Fluent understanding of programming languages used in automation tools.
