• Lead and coordinate cross -functional teams to design, execute, and implement quality assurance strategies.

• Plan, execute, and oversee manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure proper incident management and tracking using specialized tools.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with development and product teams.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, performance, and application quality.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure timely delivery and high quality of deliverables.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Promote best practices in testing, documentation, and automation.

  Technical Requirements<\/b>
  <\/h3>

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Lead or in a similar role.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong experience in manual testing: functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium or similar).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience using issue and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Basic knowledge of API and service testing (Postman, Swagger).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Advanced / Bilingual English (required).<\/b>
