QA Lead Automation

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in

Automation Testing, Python scripting, API testing, and QA processes. The ideal candidate

should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, executing end-to-end

testing, and driving quality initiatives in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts

• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber

• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools

• Develop Python utilities/scripts for automation support

• Drive CI/CD-integrated automation and QA process improvements

• Manage defects using Jira and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Support release validation, production readiness, and quality reporting

• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing & Automation Testing

• Strong expertise in:

• Robot Framework
• Selenium WebDriver
• TestNG / Cucumber / BDD
• Python scripting / Pytest
• API Testing (Postman)
• Automation Frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)

• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Maven

• Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise-scale applications

• Exposure to API automation and integration testing

• Knowledge of security or performance testing is a plus
