Invest team:
We are a product team developing an Investment application. Our scope of responsibility includes collecting client data, opening brokerage accounts, trading securities through a partner broker, providing investment recommendations, curations, client statements, and other product components. We have a strong technical team working on the product: we build reliable, high-availability services, work with real money, and ensure top quality. Our goal is to make investing accessible, clear, and convenient for everyone
Challenges that await you:
- Analyze requirements, create test cases and test data
- Develop and maintain test documentation
- Perform acceptance and regression testing (manual and automated)
- Write and maintain automated tests in Go
- Develop and maintain the test project, test infrastructure, and internal tools
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD
- Identify, localize, and document defects using bug-tracking systems
- Collaborate with the product team and participate in releases
- Oversee three streams: web, mobile, backend β with full release responsibility
- Develop team members, conduct 1:1s, and participate in hiring
- Improve testing processes within the team
What makes you a great fit:
- Programming experience in Go / Java / Kotlin / Python
- Experience developing and maintaining automated tests and test frameworks
- Experience developing and maintaining test documentation
- Experience developing and maintaining test infrastructure and testing tools
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with message queues (Kafka)
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Knowledge and understanding of design patterns
- Strong understanding of release processes and end-to-end testing
- Experience in release management
- Experience overseeing multiple development streams (web, mobile, backend)
- People management experience
Your bonus skills:
- Experience developing and maintaining automated tests in Java / Kotlin / Python / Go
- Experience in load testing
- Experience working with gRPC, protobuf
- Experience with frameworks: dailymotion/allure-go, gomega (Go) / junit5, allure (Kotlin) / allure-pytest, pytest (Python)
- Experience with AI agents applied to automation testing for backend, mobile, or web
