Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead for our client to take ownership of QA processes, strategy, and delivery quality across two live products β a Chat platform and a Loyalty / Coupon system β running in multiple markets. The role requires strong manual testing expertise, a solid grasp of test automation, and the ability to lead a small QA team while bridging developers, managers, and the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategy, testing plans, and structured QA processes across both products.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 QA specialists, driving quality standards and best practices.
- Identify and automate β or recommend automation approaches for β repetitive tasks such as regression testing.
- Establish and track KPI-driven quality metrics to continuously improve delivery performance.
- Serve as the key communication link between developers, QA, product managers, and the client.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Lead with hands-on team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong manual testing skills with experience in test planning, strategy, and process design.
- Solid understanding of test automation β able to automate or guide automation of repetitive workflows.
- Experience defining and tracking QA KPIs and quality metrics.
- Comfortable working with developers, managers, and clients in a multi-product, agile environment.
