QA Lead

The QA Lead acts as the custodian of product reliability and institutional knowledge. This role transcends traditional testing by institutionalizing quality through robust documentation and serving as the technical bridge between Development and TechOps to ensure high-uptime production environments.

Purpose of Role

• Approve final test strategies and quality gates for releases

• Enforce QA process compliance across all projects

• Block releases failing quality standards

• Decide on test tool adoption and framework changes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role

• Proven experience managing QA for production releases

• Expertise in test manual and automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit)

• Proficiency in QA tools and defect tracking systems

• Strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
