QA Lead
As a QA Lead Engineer, youβll have the opportunity to define and
lead our quality assurance process.You will play a critical role in
defining our QA process from the ground up.

<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Lead end -to -end QA activitiesβstrategy, planning, and
executionβfor communication API products and associated web
interfaces.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Write and maintain automated test scripts focusing on APIs and
UI workflows.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to catch
regressions early.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Provide QA status updates, metrics, and quality indicators
during sprint reviews and release planning.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Own bug tracking and reportingβwork closely with developers to
reproduce, triage, and verify fixes.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Lead, mentor, and train junior QA engineers to ensure
high -quality testing standards and best practices.

<\/div>Required Skills & Experience<\/u> <\/b>
<\/div>
Γ’ΒΒ Strong experience with manual & automation testing
across web applications and APIs.<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Have experience in multiple device and browser testing.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and test
scenarios based on business requirements.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, Swagger, or
similar).
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Hands -on experience with automation tools such as Cypress,
Playwright, or Selenium.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Familiarity with load/performance testing (JMeter, Locust).
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Experience testing SAAS platforms, messaging APIs, or AI
chatbot solutions.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Exposure to AI -powered QA tools (e.g., Testim, AccelQ,
Tricentis Tosca with AI features, etc.) is a plus.

<\/div>Qualifications<\/u> <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ 6+ years in a QA Engineer or SDET role, ideally in SaaS or
API -driven environments.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
in a fast -paced team.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Attention to detail and a passion for breaking things
(constructively).
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field, or equivalent experience.
