QA Lead

AuxoAI is seeking a highly technical QA Lead who goes beyond traditional testing roles and plays a pivotal part in quality engineering, test automation, data validation, and AI -driven testing solutions. This role demands strong hands -on technical skills combined with the ability to define QA strategy, influence engineering practices, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders. The role will be responsible for building scalable QA frameworks, driving automation -first testing, ensuring data quality across platforms, and contributing to AI -enabled testing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· Define and drive the overall QA strategy, standards, and best practices across projects and platforms.
<\/p>

· Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using industry standard tools or Python -based automation libraries.
<\/p>

· Lead automation initiatives across UI, API, and data layers with a strong focus on reusability and scalability.
<\/p>

· Lead data validation and reconciliation testing across complex data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting layers.
<\/p>

· Develop and execute advanced SQL -based validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
<\/p>

· Drive the adoption and development of AI -assisted testing solutions, including test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent regression testing.
<\/p>

· Collaborate with engineering and data teams to prototype and operationalize AI -based QA accelerators.
<\/p>

· Act as a QA thought leader, mentoring engineers and evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

· Communicate test strategy, quality metrics, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non -technical stakeholders.
