QA Lead
SnoopGame is seeking a proactiveΒ QA Lead to drive the highest standards of quality across our game releases, take ownership of QA processes, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional player experiences.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal QA EngineerΒ to align on quality objectives and strategy. Work closely with the internal QA Analysts assigned to your project, meeting regularly to align on quality objectives and strategy.
  • Drive proactive quality control and maintain excellence in every release.
  • Follow the client’s QA lifecycle from concept to post-release, adopting best practices.
  • Coordinate additional external QA resources when needed.
  • Stay responsive and provide proactive updates without requiring follow-ups.
  • Lead by example in hands-on testing, staying fully engaged with your team’s work.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites aligned with GDDs and supporting documentation.
  • Understand the broader product to anticipate feature interactions and dependencies.
  • Submit detailed, accurate bug reports and follow them through to resolution.
  • Investigate issues reported by players or the wider title team.
  • Facilitate and participate in playtests, providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitor app health holistically, including ANRs & crash rates, especially after releases.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with engineers, designers, and producers.
  • Deep understanding of game development processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and identifying root causes across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile).
  • Experience with CI/CD systems to validate builds and ensure stability.
  • Expertise in performance and stability testing, including identifying crashes, memory leaks, and bottlenecks.
  • Adaptability and a strong problem-solving mindset to handle shifting development priorities and improve QA efficiency.
  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (or higher) to enable effective communication with managers.
