QA Lead (Manual+ Automation)

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead a team of 3-5 QA engineers and drive testing for web-based applications
- Own end-to-end *Manual Testing*: Test planning, Test case design, Test execution, Defect management, UAT support
- Build and maintain robust automation framework using *Java + Selenium + TestNG/JUnit*
- Integrate test automation with *CI/CD tools* like Jenkins, Maven, Git
- Work with APIs - *REST/SOAP testing using Postman/RestAssured*
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews for test scripts, and ensure on-time delivery
Must-have Skills:*
- *7+ years* overall QA experience with *2-2.5 years in Team Lead role*
- Strong expertise in *Manual Testing* concepts and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with *Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit*
- Experience in building Automation Framework from scratch
- Good knowledge of *API Testing, SQL, Git, Jenkins*
- Experience with Defect tracking tools: *JIRA, Bugzilla*
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
