Role: QA Lead

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven expertise in developing detailed test cases and executing various types of testing, including functional, regression,performance, and usability.

  • Proficiency in using QA tools and test management software for planning, tracking, and reporting test activities.

  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues.

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and prior experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Knowledge of mobile testing tools and best practices for ensuring high-quality mobile experiences

  • Fintech domain experience.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
