This is a remote position.
β’ Review and analyse software requirements and technical specifications. β’ Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
β’ Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation strategy.
β’ Execute test cases manually and through automated frameworks.
β’ Log, track, and report detailed defects with clear steps and supporting evidence.
β’ Prepare test reports and provide objective feedback to the development team.
β’ Ensure test coverage across multiple browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
β’ Perform Functional test, Regression test, Unit test, Performance test and Load test for API, Web application, Database, Web services.
β’ Collaborate with developers, technical leads, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
β’ Minimum of 6+ years of recent hands-on experience in software testing.
β’ Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing principles, and SDLC.
β’ Experience in data validation concepts, and SQL validation.
β’ Well versed with creating, importing and running test cases using test management tools like TFS (Team Foundation Server).
β’ Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, with ability to write and analyse complex queries.
β’ Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Microsoft Visual Studio, or Protractor for AngularJS.
β’ Experience testing large-scale applications across multiple platforms and browsers.
β’ Experience testing mobile applications across iOS and Android OS.
β’ Prior testing experience in US Healthcare systems/applications is highly desired.
β’ Understanding of the US health insurance landscape, including Portals, Claims Processing, Billing and Reporting, and System Integrations.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
