QA Lead / Quality Assurance Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Quality Ownership: Defining QA strategy, quality standards, and the roadmap.
• Test Design: Designing risk-based tests and maintaining full test documentation.
• Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and coordinating work within distributed teams.
• Process Integration: Deeply embedding QA into the SDLC/STLC and Agile workflows.
• Execution: Coordinating manual and automated testing efforts.
• Management: Handling defect tracking and reporting via JIRA and Xray.

Requirements (Must-have)

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading QA teams and quality processes.
• Backend Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Linux for system validation.
• Agile Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience in Agile environments.
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Automation: Experience with Playwright or Robot Framework.
• Modern Tech: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, and Git.
• DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Certification: ISTQB.
