As a QA Lead / Test Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the clientβs non-functional testing ecosystem. The role goes beyond classical functional testing β it requires technical depth, process ownership, and the ability to drive quality strategy at a strategic level.
What you will do:
- Lead the QA team and act as a partner to C-level stakeholders within a QA Center of Excellence / Managed Service setup.
- Build and execute a roadmap for non-functional testing across automation, performance/load, TDM, and test environments.
- Oversee test data and environment management, aligning processes with business and development needs.
- Recommend, implement, and govern the use of testing tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Establish KPIs, monitor quality, and perform regular QA audits to guarantee high delivery standards.
