We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Loyalty Management platforms and end-to-end Quality Assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, automation, API, integration, and performance testing within customer loyalty, rewards, promotions, and CRM ecosystems. The candidate will lead QA initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure delivery of high-quality applications aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities for Loyalty Management applications.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Validate loyalty programs including:
- Rewards & points calculation
- Member enrollment
- Tier management
- Promotions & campaigns
- Redemption workflows
- Partner integrations
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, API, and Automation testing.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders for requirement analysis.
- Ensure data integrity between Loyalty platforms, CRM, POS, eCommerce, and third-party systems.
- Drive automation framework enhancements using modern testing tools.
- Identify, track, and manage defects using defect management tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide quality metrics/reporting to leadership.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support CI/CD testing processes.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code/test reviews.
