Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA efforts across SFCC and e-commerce projects.
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in e-commerce domain.
  • Hands-on expertise in SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) testing.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
