Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts across SFCC and e-commerce projects.
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in e-commerce domain.
- Hands-on expertise in SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
