The Role:
Catalyx is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and maintain a robust Quality Management System across design, manufacturing, and site-based operations. This role will be responsible for driving quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems across manufacturing and site-based operations.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Coordinate third-party audits and inspections where required.
Partner with design, procurement, and operations teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues across the full project lifecycle.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address deviations and non-conformances.
Monitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality, safety, and operational processes.
Provide guidance, training, and oversight to quality personnel and operational teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in a Quality Assurance role within engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments.
Strong experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience with audits, inspections, and compliance within regulated or structured environments.
Proven ability to lead investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
