Weβre looking for a QA Manager who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building a world-class quality function. This role requires strong expertise across Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API & Database Testing, AI-based testing tools, Browser Automation, and Cross-Browser Testing, along with proven experience in leading and scaling QA teams.
You will drive the end-to-end quality strategy for Zocaβs web and mobile products, mentor a team of QA engineers, and partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure flawless releases. This is a high-ownership leadership opportunity with significant impact on product reliability, velocity, and user experience.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of QA engineers (manual + automation)
Define QA team goals, KPIs, and performance standards
Allocate resources, prioritize workloads, and ensure on-time delivery of all QA activities
Establish a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Define and implement a scalable QA strategy for web, mobile, and backend systems
Oversee creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and automation suites
Ensure full test coverage across functional, regression, smoke, and performance scenarios
Build and mature test automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to support faster, reliable releases
Drive end-to-end release readiness and provide QA sign-offs
Leverage AI/LLM-based tools for automated test case generation, script optimization, and defect prediction
Implement intelligent test selection and prioritization using AI tools
Evaluate emerging AI QA tools and integrate them into the QA workflow
Ensure high-quality testing across platforms including cross-browser & cross-device
Oversee API automation (Postman, RestAssured, Bruno) and database testing using SQL
Review and optimize automation scripts for performance and stability
Maintain detailed QA documentation including coverage reports, execution logs, and defect reports
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure clarity of requirements
5β8 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a QA leadership or managerial role
Strong expertise in Playwright, Javascript/Python, Selenium, and automation frameworks
Hands-on experience with both manual and automation testing
Exposure to AI/LLM-based QA tools and automation systems
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and modern QA practices
Experience setting up and integrating automation in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub CI or similar)
Solid understanding of API testing, cross-browser testing, and mobile web testing
Proficient with bug tracking/project management tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
Strong people management, stakeholder handling, and communication skills
