About the role
Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role will take responsibility for ensuring quality across our engineering deliverables, with a strong focus on testing processes, automation, and best practice adoption. The QA Manager will work closely with business systems and transformation teams to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to quality assurance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we deliver high-quality solutions that delight our customers and empower our teams.
As a QA Manager you will
β’ Own the QA processes across charlottetilbury.com and the App, making sure we are consistent in our standards, have a process aligned to our risk appetite and use of automation across development teams.
β’ Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
β’ Develop and maintain testing frameworks including automated regression, UAT, and performance testing.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Digital Product Designers, Delivery Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
β’ Drive adoption of modern QA tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Report on quality metrics to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.
β’ Champion a culture of quality across the technology function, promoting continuous improvement.

β’ Proven experience leading QA teams within a fast-paced technology environment.
β’ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
β’ Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
β’ Ability to coach and mentor QA professionals, enabling growth and development.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
β’ A passion for driving quality and delivering outstanding digital experiences.
