This is a key managerial role responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and driving continuous improvements.
We are currently looking for specialists with the following languages: German, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Czech/Slovak, Finnish Portuguese, Croatian/Slovenian, Flemish.
This is on-site position from Warsaw office!

โ๏ธ Maintaining quality standards and procedures for Live Chat Customer Support Center
โ๏ธMonitoring Live Chat Customer Support interactions to ensure that the quality standards are being met.
โ๏ธIdentifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to improve the customer experience.
โ๏ธProviding feedback and coaching sessions to team members.

โ Must skills:
โ๏ธFluency in English and in one of the languagesย indicated above is a must
โ๏ธExperience in a QA or Customer Support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
โ๏ธStrong understanding of customer service principles and quality monitoring tools.
โ๏ธAbility to provide balanced feedback and maintain objectivity in evaluations.
โ๏ธAdvanced Excel skills
โ๏ธGreat eye to detail
โ๏ธTime management and deadline orientation
โ๏ธExcellent verbal & written communication skills
