Test Manager

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced QA – Manager to lead both Manual & Automation Testing teams and ensure seamless product performance across QA and Production environments. The role also involves driving organizational quality standards including CMMI and ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Β Manage and oversee end-to-end testing activities
Β Ensure smooth module closures in QA environment
Β Create detailed and presentable test reports for senior management
Β Define and set SOW (Scope of Work) for testing personnel
Β Prepare presentations & documentation summarizing defects and quality metrics
Β Track and maintain CMMI & ISO certifications at the organizational level
Β Ensure work allocation within the team delivers consistent, high-quality results

Must-Have Competencies

Domain Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Logistics business processes
  • Deep understanding of testing strategies (Manual & Automation)
  • Expertise in CMMI & ISO standards
  • Strong product understanding

Education

Graduate or above (Science or relevant stream) with First Class.
