Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination: Planning and overseeing testing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Client communication: Identifying client needs and offering tailored testing solutions.
  • Team management: Leading QA teams, allocating tasks, and managing resources.
  • Quality assurance: Maintaining testing standards, tracking performance, and driving improvements.
  • Resource & documentation management: Planning resources and ensuring proper project documentation.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams like sales and marketing.
  • Reporting & analysis: Evaluating testing efficiency and preparing reports for management.
  • Client relations: Supporting negotiations and closing deals.
  • Market awareness: Monitoring trends to keep services up-to-date.
  • Demo supervision: Leading demo testing rounds for new clients.
  • Public speaking: Representing the company at industry events.
  • Office setup: Supporting new office launches in different locations.
Professional skills:Β 
  • 5 years in the game development industry.Β Work at a company providing outsourced QA services for game development in the role of QA Project Manager/QA Manager for over 1 year, with client communication conducted in English.
  • Experience in QA (Quality Assurance): Solid understanding of core testing principles and methodologies; familiarity with different types of testing (manual, automated, regression, etc.).
  • Project management skills: Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing projects, with the ability to track timelines and budgets.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; skilled in understanding client needs and effectively interacting with internal teams.
  • Negotiation and sales skills: Experience in conducting negotiations, presenting services, and closing deals.
  • Client orientation: Ability to understand and analyze client needs, offering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Analytical thinking: Capable of analyzing information, identifying issues, and developing effective solutions.
  • Industry knowledge: Awareness of software testing trends and requirements, with an understanding of the specifics of the market.
