The QA Manager, GCPĀ is responsible for:Ā Ā
Ensuring quality oversight and quality assuranceĀ and quality by designĀ activities related to GCP/GCLPĀ areaĀ
Guide and support from a quality perspective the GCP/GCLPĀ and GPP related activities within Sobi,Ā includingĀ audits,Ā inspectionĀ andĀ supportĀ ofĀ and riskĀ assessmentĀ of the BLA/NDA/IND/CTA submissionsĀ under global umbrella.Ā
Support the collection of the data needed for Audit program riskĀ assessmentĀ
Support from quality perspective the clinical studies related activities across SobiĀ Ā
Ensure qualification of global and local ESP, as applicable,Ā in GCP regulated area per Sobi proceduresĀ
The employee will in this role work with relevant stakeholders across the Sobi organization.Ā
Key responsibilities:
Ensure GCP Audits management excellence of theĀ end to endĀ audit management process and overview of the assigned audits, as plannedĀ
AssesĀ and approve from quality perspective the GCP deviations (global and local, as applicable),Ā GCPĀ related CAPAs.Ā
Prepare regular status report on performed audits, auditĀ trending,Ā deviationĀ ternding,Ā CAPAsĀ trending and agreed upon metrics to ensure Quality oversight.Ā Ā
ContributeandĀ supportĀ the GCP auditĀ riskĀ assesmentĀ according to SOPs.Ā Ā
EnsureĀ active contribution in the cross-functional team with procurement, business owners forĀ GxPĀ and Quality requirements andĀ documented qualification of GCP service providers and review provisionsĀ in contracts/Quality agreements, as applicableĀ
QA representativeĀ duringĀ GCPĀ inspectionsĀ global and siteĀ level, as applicableĀ and contribute to the Inspection Readiness framework and promote continuously quality mindset across Sobi.Ā
Authoring GCP QA related processes, reviewĀ and give guidanceĀ under global umbrella.Ā
Required:Ā Ā
UniversityĀ degreeĀ Ā orĀ similarĀ in Life Sciences or related discipline.Ā Ā
At least 5Ā years experienceĀ from the pharmaceutical industryĀ inĀ Clinical Quality Assurance or in the operational conduct of clinical trials and the application of GCPĀ audit and/or Quality Assurance experience.Ā Ā
Technical skills:Ā Ā
Excellent knowhow of theĀ applicable ICH GCP guidelines, industry best practices andĀ FDA,Ā EMAĀ and ROWĀ regulatory requirements.Ā
Quality assurance activities principles andĀ know-howĀ
Documented education/experience in QA systems and preferably auditingĀ

At Sobi, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a comprehensive and industry-competitive total rewards package. Our compensation philosophy is designed to recognize and reward talent, ensuring that your contributions are valued and reflected in your overall rewards.
The base salary range for this role isĀ $112,000-$153,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
